COVID-19 Orders and Dispatch

 At By Imogen Rose, we are making a conscious effort to guarantee the safety of our By Imogen Rose family  and customers at this difficult time.

We have put measures in place to control and limit the effect of the COVID-19 outbreak on our business and the operations that surround it.

We would like to share these to help put our customers minds at ease when purchasing By Imogen Rose Products.

We are lucky enough to make and process all orders within the isolation and safety of our own homes.

All products are sterilised prior to packing and dispatch.

All current 'Free Postage' orders are being dispatched by large letter postal boxes only and therefore, do not require the usage of the post office.

We endeavour to process all orders to usual lead times.
However, in some cases this may be affected by the limited access to supplies during the COVID-19 outbreak.
